Meeting between the School of Public Health of the University of Ghana and the GIZ Regional Programme Support to Pandemic Prevention in the ECOWAS Region (RPPP2)

On April 13 and 14, 2022, Damien Bishop (Head) and Manon Möller (Technical Adviser) of the GIZ RPPP2 project visited the University of Ghana, School of Public Health. The objective of the meeting was to discuss the terms and conditions under which a partnership can be formed for an agreement between the two parties.

One of the key objectives of the GIZ Regional Programme Support to Pandemic Prevention in the ECOWAS Region (RPPP2) is the implementation of training courses in pandemic preparedness and response.

The Ag. Dean, Prof. Kwasi Torpey welcomed the team and gave assurances of the School’s preparedness to enter into collaboration with the project.
