Teaching Experience

Dr. Franklin Glozah is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences, School of Public Health. He has over 10 years of teaching experience in higher education institutions in Ghana and the UK. Prior to joining the University of Ghana School of Public Health, he held various academic positions including Head of Department, Dean of Faculty and Campus Director. Franklin has supervised over 70 undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations and theses and has served as an internal examiner for several Master and PhD theses. 

Research Interests

Franklin’s main research interest are in the areas of psychosocial risk and protective factors associated with mental health and psychological wellbeing, Health behaviours - physical activity and eating habits, substance use, gambling, violence and delinquency. More broadly, Franklin is interested in:
