Welcome to the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences. The Department is one of the seven academic entities of the School of Public Health.  Our area of work focuses on social and behavioral aspects of health interventions and implementation science. The general area of interest and research strength of our faculty lies in health education, promotion and communication, reproductive health, gender and health, mental health, and health systems research.
